HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI PESERTA DIKLAT MENGENAI KEMAMPUAN PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN WIDYAISWARA DENGAN HASIL BELAJARNYA :Studi Deskriptif Korelasional Di UPT Balai Pengembangan Instrumentasi LIPI BandungAbstrak:
Penelitian ini menjawab permasalahan penelitian yang telah dirumuskan, yaitu “Apakah terdapat hubungan antara persepsi peserta diklat mengenai kemampuan pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara dengan hasil belajarnya di UPT Balai Pengembangan Instrumentasi LIPI Bandung?”.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung skor penelitian, menghitung skor total, analisis korelasi, uji signifikansi dan uji determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan, dapat diambil kesimpulan, bahwa secara umum terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi peserta diklat mengenai kemampuan pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara dengan hasil belajar peserta diklat. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut peneliti berharap widyaiswara terus mendorong dan meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam hal pengelolaan pembelajaran,

This study answers research question that has been formulated; “Is there any relationship between training participants’ perceptions about widyaiswara’s abilities in managing the lesson to their learning achievements in UPT Balai Pengembangan Instrumentasi LIPI Bandung?’. Descriptive correlational method is being used in this study while quantitative as the approach. Instruments that are being used are questionnaire and documentation study. This study used total sampling as the technique; all the population (out of 30 persons) are taken as sample of this study. The data were analyzed by counting the research score; total score; and correlation analysis; significant test and determination test. Based on field study, it can conclude that in general, there is significant relationship between training participants’ perceptions about widyaiswara’s ability in managing the lesson to their learning achievements. Considering that finding, the researcher hopes widyaiswara keep increasing and upgrading their abilities in managing the lesson.
