EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING KELOMPOK TEMAN SEBAYA DALAM MEREDUKSI PERILAKU AGRESIF SISWA

Abstrak:

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas konseling kelompok teman sebaya untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pra eksperimen dan desain penelitian Pre-Test Post-Test Group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa non tes berbentuk angket model rating scale. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik untuk mengukur uji beda dua rata-rata berpasangan. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: 1) Gambaran umum perilaku agresif siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi tahun ajaran 2012/2013 berada pada kategori rendah, 2) Rumusan program konseling kelompok layak menurut pakar dan praktisi, dan 3) Program konseling kelompok teman sebaya efektif dalam mereduksi perilaku agresif sembilan orang siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi tahun ajaran 2012/2013 yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada guru BK adalah dapat menggunakan instrumen perilaku agresif siswa tersebut untuk mengetahui profil perilaku agresif siswa pada tingkat kelas yang lainnya dan program tersebut untuk terutama pelatihan konselor sebayanya dapat dikembangkan lagi atau dimanfaatkan untuk menghadapi fenomena lainnya di sekolah. Dan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat dijadikan tambahan wawasan untuk gambaran perilaku agresif maupun konseling kelompok teman sebaya. Kata kunci: perilaku agresif, konseling kelompok teman sebaya, siswa SMK The study aims to determine the effectiveness of peer counseling groups to reduce aggressive behavior of students. The approach used in this study are pre-experimental quantitative methods and research design Pre-Test Post-Test Group. The instrument used a form of non- test questionnaire rating scale models. Analysis using parametric statistical test to measure the average difference of two pairs. The study population is a class X student of SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi school year 2012/2013. This research resulted in: 1) a general description of the aggressive behavior of students of class X of SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi school year 2012/2013 are in the low category, 2) formulation of a viable counseling program by experts and practitioners, and 3) description of the effectiveness of peer group counseling program in reduce aggressive behavior nine students of class X of SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi school year 2012/2013 which are in the high category. Research recommendation is addressed to teacher guidance and counseling can use the students' aggressive behavior instrument to determine the profile of the aggressive behavior of students at grade level and the program to others, especially peers counselor training can be developed or utilized for other phenomena faced in school. And to further research can be used as additional insights to an overview of aggressive behavior and peer group counseling Keywords : aggressive behavior, peer group counseling, vocational students.
