HUBUNGAN PENGELOLAAN DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL SEKOLAH (BOS) TERHADAP PRESTASI SEKOLAH DI SD KECAMATAN CIDADAP DAN COBLONG KOTA BANDUNG

Abstrak:

Penelitian ini secara umum memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengungkapkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai Hubungan Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Terhadap Prestasi Sekolah Di SD Kecamatan Cidadap dan Coblong Kota Bandung. Permasalahan yang ingin dibahas dan dipecahkan yaitu 1) Bagaimana Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SD kecamatan Cidadap dan Coblong Kota Bandung?, 2)Bagaimana prestasi sekolah di SD kecamatan Cidadap dan Coblong Kota Bandung?, 3) Bagaimana Hubungan Pengelolaan Dana Bos terhadap Prestasi Sekolah di SD kecamatan Cidadap dan Coblong Kota Bandung?. Berdasarkan permasalahan dan tujuan penelitian tersebut, penulis merumuskan hipotesis yaitu “Terdapat Hubungan Yang Signifikan Antara Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Terhadap Prestasi Sekolah”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner atau angket. Yang menjadi populasi penelitian ini adalah 734 guru di SD Kecamatan Cidadap dan Coblong Kota Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan data yang dapat mewakili populasi keseluruhan (representatif) yaitu 88 orang guru. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan yakni menentukan alat pengumpul data, menyusun alat pengumpulan data, uji coba alat pengumpul data, pelaksanaan pengumpulan data. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistic dengan dibantu aplikasi program Microsoft Excel dan SPSS for Windows 17.0. Berdasarkan data yang telah diolah menggunakan perhitungan Weighted Means Skor (WMS) diperoleh rata-rata variable X (Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) ) sebesar 4,51 yang menunjukan kategori sangat baik, sedangakan rata-rata variable Y (Prestasi Sekolah) sebesar 4,19 menunjukan kategori sangat baik. Sementara itu perhitungan pengujian keofisien korelasi dengan menggunakan Spearman Rank dari Spearman, pengujian koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,693 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterkaitan kedua variable dalam kategori kuat dan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan berkorelasi kuat antara pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) terhadap prestasi sekolah Di Kecamatan Cidadap dan Coblong Kota Bandung”. This research generally has a purpose which is to reveal the clear picture of the relationship Fund Management School Operational Assistance (BOS) Toward Achievement in Elementary School off cidadap and coblong Bandung. The problems to be discussed and solved, namely 1) How Funds Management School Operational Assistance (BOS) in elementary school districts and small hole Cidadap Bandung?, 2) How to achievement in elementary school district and a small hole Cidadap Bandung?, 3) How Relationship Management Fund Boss to achievement in elementary school off cidadap and coblong Bandung? Based on the problems and objectives of the study, the authors formulate the hypothesis that "There is a Significant Relationship Between Funds Management School Operational Assistance (BOS) To the School Achievement". The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study uses data collection techniques such as questionnaires or questionnaire. The population of this study were 734 elementary school teachers in the cidadap and coblong Bandung. The sample used in this study were drawn based on the data that can represent the whole population (representative) of 88 teachers. Data processing techniques that define the stages through data collection tool, compile the data collection tools, test data collection tool, the implementation of data collection. Processing the data in this study using a statistical method to help application program Microsoft Excel and SPSS for Windows 17.0. Based on the data that has been processed using calculations Weighted Means Score (WMS) gained an average of variable X (Management School Operational Aid (BOS)) of 4.51 which shows the excellent category, while the average variable Y (Honours School) for 4.19 shows the very good category. Meanwhile keofisien test calculations using the Spearman Rank correlation of Spearman, testing the correlation coefficient of 0.693 which it can be concluded that the two variables in the relationship strong and significant category. Based on the results of statistical tests we can conclude that "There is a significant relationship between management and the strong correlation school operational funds (BOS) on school achievement and the small hole coblong In the cidadap of Bandung".
